We are excited to get your suspension dialed! This form is meant to gather as much information as possible to set up your suspension just for YOU.

Before you start...

• Please make sure to answer all questions as accurate as possible, your setting depends on it!
• Be as detailed as you can be. The more information the better!
• The techs look over and study each riders form when it comes time to build your suspension and choose a custom setting. If we have any questions we will reach out to clarify.
