That’s the basis for REP’s existence. After years working with factory teams, renowned suspension engineer Mark Johnson was left frustrated by the manufacturer red tape when it came to innovation in suspension products and settings. He wanted the freedom to push the boundaries and take performance to a new level. And REP Suspension was born.

Since then REP has become the benchmark for aftermarket suspension products and settings in the motocross world. There is no better finder of solutions for the problems and limitations faced by consumers than REP. We will find, develop and manufacture what you need to improve on the factory products and settings.

What Makes REP Suspension the best?

REP puts more time into development than any other suspension company, whether it’s settings or products. We work our arses off to be the best. We don’t ever copy other companies and reproduce their products. We don’t re-brand parts made by others.

When we find a problem with OEM products and settings, we find our own solution that works – no matter how long it takes. There is no corner cutting. We strive to provide factory-level suspension products and settings to the open market. We lead the way, we never follow.

We will improve your suspension beyond the capabilities of the OEM parts. And we are performance orientated; we have yet to produce something we didn’t see a need for. We don’t make stuff for the sake of making stuff. We find performance solutions to real world problems with OEM products.
